Brothers of the Tri-State District:
It is with great pleasure that we issue the Official Call to the 2019/2020 Tri-State District Conference, November 15th and 16th, 2019, at the DoubleTree Suites/Tucson-Williams Center. We are enthusiastically preparing to welcome Brothers, friends and guests to sunny Tucson, AZ!
This year’s theme is: “Each One Reach One”. We intend to focus on “Outreach”, making connections with our inactive Brothers; “Inreach”, strengthening the bonds we should already have with our currently active Brothers; and “Downreach”, making a concerted effort to mentor the young men in our communities. We look forward to stirring up enthusiasm around each of these initiatives, and continuing to strengthen The Alpha Brand within our district.
We will convene at the DoubleTree Suites/Tucson-Williams Center, 5335 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85711 (520-745-2700), an all-suite property located in mid-town Tucson, not far from the University of Arizona. The Brothers of Eta Psi Lambda and Zeta Theta are preliminarily making plans for casual Brotherhood activities on Saturday afternoon/evening—stay tuned!
As usual, we are making an extra effort to ensure a strong college Brother presence. We hope we can count on several of our alumni Brothers to sponsor at least one college Brother @ $45 each. We need alumni Brothers to step up and sponsor (at least) the first 7 college Brothers who register to attend our conference before September 30th, 2019. This can be done via our online registration.
